NautiCalc is a simple program that I created to help me check that I was carrying out my calculations correctly.
It can calculate Compass Error and Gyro Error for you.
The program can be accessed online through your browser or by downloading it to your computer.
The program is available in 64-bit for both Windows and Linux. Use the download links and then follow the instructions below.
The latest version is 1.0.3 (18/12/2018).
Download the .exe file and then run it. This one will not need to install but does take a little bit longer to load and start up. It is designed for use on a portable flash drive and for sharing with others. However, sharing a link to this webpage would be preferable.
Download the installer .exe file and then run it. It will install the program and make a shortcut for it in the Start menu and on the desktop.
Download the .deb file and then open up a command terminal and use the below code to install.
sudo dpkg -i nauticalc_1.0.3_amd64.deb
The program can then be run from your Applications menu or by typing nauticalc into a terminal.
Download the .AppImage file and then double click the downloaded file. The program can then be run from your Applications menu.
